15 Plates was born out of an unyielding passion for delicious, affordable cuisine. My culinary journey is a melting pot of rich New England & bold Texan influences, passed down through generations of my family. Now, with my son diving headfirst into the world of culinary arts, I’m constantly inspired and learning anew.

Cooking isn't just about flavors—it's about sharing experiences. Over the years, one challenge always lingered: the sheer volume of leftovers. Scaling down a gourmet meal for two without waste felt impossible. But with the creation of 15 Plates, we’ve turned that challenge into an opportunity. Now, we get to share our "flavor bombs" with you, turning what was once too much into just enough for everyone to savor.
